A quote page with your name at the top and an Accept button.
Customers get one link. They open it, see your quote under your name, and accept on the page — or download the PDF.

Why a link works better than a PDF.
Every quote lives at its own address: stub.ie/q/1063. It opens instantly on any phone, with no hunting for a PDF in a WhatsApp thread, though the PDF is one tap away for the ones who want it.
- A valid-until date on every quote, so old prices expire on their own
- Artwork and drawing previews, so what's quoted is what's made
- An adjusted quote updates the same link, so there is never a v2 or v3

You’ll know when a quote was opened but not answered.
Every open is tracked. When a customer looks and goes quiet, Stubie tells you and schedules a polite nudge inside working hours. When they accept, the order is created in your store, on hold until payment reflects.
Your business is the sender everywhere. Stubie appears only as a line of small print.
