Integration questions

What does Stubie connect to today?

Enquiries come in by email and prices come from your own list (which can be built from a Sage stock export). Bob Go courier rates go on the quote, customers pay by card or Instant EFT through PayFast or by EFT against a reference made for each order, and accepted quotes are pushed into Sage Accounting as invoices.

Which integrations are coming next?

WhatsApp enquiries are next. We're an approved Meta Tech Provider, and Stubie will connect through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. WooCommerce order mirroring is planned after that.

Do I pay extra for integrations?

No. They're part of the desk. Partners charge their own normal fees (PayFast transaction fees, your Bob Go courier rates), and Stubie never adds a percentage.

We use something else. Can you connect to it?

Tell us on the demo call. Xero, QuickBooks, Paystack, Ozow and Shopify are all on the list, and what our customers ask for by name goes first.
