Stubie asks the customer whether they're collecting or need delivery, and to where, so you can add the delivery cost before you approve. No quote goes out pretending the shipping is free.

Stubie asks Bob Go for rates to the customer's address and puts the delivery line on the draft, with the carrier, the service and how long the rate is valid. You can switch to any of the carriers Bob Go returned before you approve.
When the order ships, you book the courier from Stubie through Bob Go. The waybill comes back on the order, and the customer gets an email with the tracking details from your business.

Booked and tracked
At dispatch, book the courier from Stubie. The customer gets the carrier, waybill and tracking by email, from you.
The details
- Rates come from your own Bob Go account, so the prices you see are the prices you pay.
- If no rate comes back for an address, Stubie says so and lets you retry, set a price, or quote for collection. It never invents a delivery price.
- Rates carry the date they were fetched and when they expire, so an old quote doesn't lock you into a stale courier price.
- Bookings go through your own Bob Go account, so the waybill and the invoice for the delivery are in Bob Go as usual.

Do I need a Bob Go account?
Yes. The rates and bookings run on your own Bob Go account, at your negotiated rates.
Which couriers are available?
Whichever couriers Bob Go returns for the route and parcel, for example The Courier Guy or Fastway. You choose between the rates actually returned.
What if I deliver myself?
Keep your own delivery line on your price list (per area, per trip, or delivery and set-up) and Stubie adds it to the quote like any other line.
Can I book the courier from inside Stubie?
Yes. When the order is ready, book the carrier the customer accepted from the order screen. Stubie books it through your Bob Go account, keeps the waybill on the order and emails the tracking details to the customer.
